How hard is it? I mean really. I offer kid clothes, and the responder chosen receives a very succinct, unambiguous email explaining that I'm out of the house all day but will be available for pickup after 4PM. I also state that there is nowhere to leave things outside for pickup.

Why, then, do I get an email back saying hi, i wanted to coordinate pickup either before 10AM or after 11:30AM?
